C.H.I. Overhead Doors manufactures products that are exceptional in quality and craftsmanship, and built to stand the test of time. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers all the essential elements of your door, offering peace of mind and keeping your door in motion.

C.H.I. Overhead Doors, Inc. (“C.H.I.”) warrants 2-sided steel insulated garage door sections installed in residential single family installations against splitting, cracking, and rusting through for as long as the original purchaser/homeowner owns the building in which the doors are installed.*

C.H.I. warrants all hardware (except springs) against defects in materials and workmanship for six (6) years.* C.H.I. warrants springs against defects in materials and workmanship for three (3) years.*

*Commercial installations (including applications in which the doors are purchased and owned by an association, ownership group, or individual other than the resident of the home) are warrantied differently. Refer to the commercial warranty for commercial installations.

  • AccentsWoodtonesgaragedoorsarewarrantedagainstcolorchangegreaterthansix(6)Hunter Delta-E* units for a period of three (3) years. Please note this limitation only refers to color fading.

  • Thislimitedwarrantyexcludes:1)rustcausedbydamagesorscratching;2)damageresulting
    from exposure to corrosive chemicals, corrosive fumes, salt environments including coastal
    areas, condensation, water or fire; 3) damages caused by accident, improper use, negligent operation, improper installation, improper maintenance or normal wear; 4) shipping, installation,
    or labor charges; 5) defects in paints or coatings used to finish door sections; 6) any product or component which is modified, altered, or not part of the original door; 7) damages resulting from any circumstances beyond the direct control of C.H.I.
  • Intheeventofadefectivecomponent,contactthedealerthedoorwaspurchasedfromwithinfifteen (15) days from discovery of the defect. C.H.I. reserves the right to inspect all products alleged to be defective and to verify eligibility of this limited warranty.THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS NON-TRANSFERABLE AND EXCLUDES ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE NOT SPECIFICALLY UNDERTAKEN HEREIN, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SUCH AS DEATH, INJURY, DAMAGES TO PROPERTY, OR DAMAGES ARISING
