Go into your garage and on the bottom of your Genie 2024 garage door opener you will see five yellow buttons. One of the yellow buttons has an LED light above it and will say learn code. Make sure you have your Genie GITR-3 Intellicode remote in your hand. Now it’s time to program your remote in.
Step 1: Push the learn code button in and let off.
Step 2:Push the remote button in and let off three times.
Your Genie 2024 garage door opener should activate on the third push. If your remote does not work wait one minute and program again.
