Medium-Duty Hoist Operator

Model MH is a Medium-Duty Logic hoist operator. It features an adjustable friction clutch, a standard solenoid brake, a high-starting torque motor, a compact design and an emergency chain hoist with an electric interlock.

For use on smaller, lighter commercial doors with mid-range duty cycle requirements.
Rated duty cycle: Maximum 12 cycles per hour; Less than 50 cycles per day.
Wall mount for high or vertical lift sectional doors or small rolling doors and grilles.
Chain hoist with electric interlock for manual operation in an emergency.

Business Safety and Security

Security+® – Built-in 3-Channel Security+ Receiver allows you to learn/program up to 20 LiftMaster 315 MHz remote controls.
Safety Standards – Meets UL 325 Safety Standards.
Commercial Safety Sensors – Protect people and vehicles with safety sensors and accessories that stop the door from closing on obstructions.
Timer to Close – Integrated timer-to-close programmable from 5 to 60 seconds in 5-second increments. Allows for timed automatic door closure after the door reaches the full open position.

Commercial Accessories

Single Button Control – Single button control provides an additional input for single-button control functionality. Required for installation of any external radio receiver.

Interlock Switch – Interlock switch disables the operator control circuit when door is locked, preventing damage to the door and operator.

The red/green traffic light dramatically reduces the chance of damage to your door and engine. The light will change from flashing Red to solid Green when the door reaches the full open position, indicating when it is clear to exit.
